Are you really open 365 days, including emergencies?
Yes, we provide outpatient and emergency care 365 days a year. An emergency medicine specialist is on site, with a dedicated emergency area, private IV room, treatment room, radiology, and laboratory.
Is emergency care expensive here?
Although an emergency specialist treats you, we are classified as a general clinic, so unlike university hospital ERs there is no emergency management fee.
Where do I park? Is parking validated?
Use the Otteogol Park underground parking. Register at the desk after your visit for free parking support.
Can you issue documents for private insurance claims?
Yes. Receipts and itemized statements are issued immediately at the desk; ask during your visit for medical certificates and doctor's notes.
Do you offer vaccinations (flu, shingles, etc.)?
Yes, we offer influenza, shingles, pneumococcal, tetanus, and other adult vaccinations. Please call ahead to check vaccine stock.
Can children receive emergency care?
Yes. We provide pediatric care as well as treatment for children's injuries such as lacerations, burns, and febrile seizures.
